The short version
We use what you send us for one purpose: to contact you about a consultation at Victory Rejuvenate & Med Spa. We do not sell your details or share them outside Victory Medical and the services that help us reply to you.
What we collect
When you fill in the consultation form we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address and the treatment you are interested in. If you call us, we keep a note of the call the way any medical office does.
How we use it
To call or email you about your consultation, to prepare for it, and, if you become a patient, as part of your record. We only text you if you tick the box on the form, and you can reply STOP at any time.
Who handles it for us
Your request goes to our patient management system so our team can call you back. That system processes your details only on our behalf.
This site may use Google Ads and Google Tag Manager to measure whether our advertising works. That measurement counts page visits and form submissions. It does not give Google your name, phone number or health information.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your details, add you to lists you did not ask for, or publish any patient photo without written consent.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Call (512) 969-6900. Medical records may have to be kept for the period Texas law requires.
